Close friends included, I'd do anything for these people. Plus, they have become free, maybe-too-professional, usability test participants, especially my wife, Cassandra.
I've played sports my whole life; though baseball, basketball, and football have turned to softball, golf, and tennis with age. The Indians and Cavs make up for the sadness that is the Browns.
It's become an obsession. I'm quick to judge a product if it has poor UI. And I'll over-analyze any and every design.
I've learned to love the product space and I find joy in recognizing the little things that make truly innovative products. I challenge myself to continuously have unstructured conversations with users to identify opportunities.

Maybe breaking the "design hippy" mold a little, if no sport or competition is involved, I'd rather be on the couch watching a good TV show than on a hike.
I'm very confident in saying that my college years were and will be the best years of my life. Ohio State is where I made my best friends and learned all about life. I couldn't be more proud to be a Buckeye.
